HOW IT WEARS
Opening with notes of Bergamot and Linden Blossom, Flaneur is sharp, fresh and floral initially yet the Linden Blossom gradually warms the scent. The middle notes of Absinthe, Almond and Iris Butter create a gorgeous warm and cool tone, the green and slightly bitter tone of Absinthe is balanced gorgeously with the creaminess of Almond and Iris Butter. The base of Cashmere Wood, Grey Amber and Vetiver creates a gorgeously smooth overall depth to the scent.

This is a floral like none I have had the pleasure of smelling. I’d compare it to walking through the botanical gardens: fresh, true-to-life, bright, astringent florals; rich earth, and lush greenery. The sillage isn’t too intense — I’d say medium. But the lasting power is significant. I put on a blouse I wore a few days ago and it still had a lovely lasting scent of Flaneur on it. The more I wear this scent the more attached I feel to it — it refreshes, brings comfort, and melds with me over the course of hours. I feel certain that when this bottle is finished, I will be buying it again. This is a truly masterful creation. A must-experience scent both for floral lovers, and for those who think they don’t like florals and tend towards woodier scents.
