I was lucky enough to be given Glasshouse “Forever Florence” shower gel and the perfume. I’ve discovered lately, (maybe colder nights?) that I like certain fragrances to wear to bed. Only a few and not everyone would agree with this but last night I used the shower gel which has a very luxurious, thick consistency and finished off with the fragrance. First note to hit me was the peach, then dry down left a warm, peony, musky smell. Like wearing a lovely pair of pyjamas, very comforting. If there is such a thing as a “perfume hug”, this is it for me. I am someone who will also spray their clothes. I had put clean pyjamas (freshly washed in The Laundress products) on and this morning woke to a faint, sweet lingering powdery smell. If I reviewed this for daytime wear, in a word, because of the “pretty” notes, I’d say ‘flirty’.
